Through the complaint integration platform of the Taichung City Government, every month, we analyze the focus issues of the Taichung City complaints, and analyze the top ten complaint focuses of the period concerning the citizens' concerns, and categorize them according to business projects to understand which type of business is the focus of the complaint.
