Scope and subjects of statistics: All children and juveniles entering and leaving welfare and educational institutions in this city are included in the statistics. Definition of statistical items: (1) Placement institutions: Refers to the institutions established to serve the objects of welfare and rights protection for children and juveniles under Article 23, paragraphs 1 and 9, 10, 11, Article 52, Article 56, paragraph 1 and Article 62, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Welfare and Rights Protection for Children and Juveniles. (2) Number of residents at the beginning and end of the period: Refers to the actual figures at the beginning and end of the period. (3) Number of admissions and discharges in this period: Refers to the cumulative number of admissions and discharges in the period.
