The Taitung County Community Nutrition Promotion Center has joined hands with the Zhitian and Jinfeng Township Tribal Health Promotion Centers to visit the elderly and understand the traditional fishing and farming seasons, selecting local ingredients such as fish, mountain products, wild vegetables, and seaweed according to the seasons, and designing "My Plate" for the Zhitian (Amis tribe), Jialan, and Zhengxing (Paiwan tribe) tribes. It showcases the natural resources of "the sea is the refrigerator, and the mountains have food," embodying the combination of traditional diet and health balance.
