Caring for vulnerable groups and creating a warm and harmonious society has always been a focus of the government's governance. We adhere to the principle of "serving the community, prioritizing the disadvantaged," and comprehensively promote alternative service for male citizens. We hope that male citizens can participate in a variety of public welfare service activities in communities or social welfare units, and implement the four beliefs of alternative service, "love, service, responsibility, discipline," to contribute more to society and make their service more meaningful. Male citizens who receive basic training can obtain a certificate of completion of voluntary service after completing 24 hours of voluntary service-related courses.
