Estimated Employment for the Next 10 Years
Based on the overall model, it is estimated that the total human resources needed for industry development in the next 10 years with an average annual economic growth rate of 3%, including the numbers and changes of manpower needs and the structure and changes of manpower needs by industry/occupation. The human resources referred to here cover the human resource input requirements for both domestic and foreign workers, which are different from the commonly mentioned employment numbers (i.e., the employment numbers of nationals under the influence of supply and demand in the labor market).
