Criminal Policy and Crime Research Papers (17) - "Confiscation of Criminal Proceeds Without Conviction: A Reflection on the Legal System in Germany"
This article discusses the issue of how to confiscate the property related to the crime when a criminal defendant cannot be convicted due to reasons. Due to the limited regulations in our current legal system on the relevant issues, this article mainly uses the German legal system as a reference. The German legal system has a high degree of similarity in terms of the system of confiscation and other related criminal property sanctions, and may provide a comparative reference for our country's future legislation.
