First, explain the relevant concepts of the Juvenile Delinquency Act, especially the specific protection procedures and protective measures for juvenile delinquency handling. Secondly, given that before the amendment, the Kaohsiung Juvenile and Family Court in Taiwan had accumulated considerable experience in handling protected measures for juveniles involved in sexual assault cases in the community based on the spirit of the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act, it is introduced from a perspective of inheritance and sharing. Finally, the amendment to the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act in the year 100 of the Republic of China signifies the expectations of public opinion and the definite direction for the future handling of sexual assault cases in the community, with no exceptions for juveniles. The amendment officially came into effect on January 1, 101st year of the Republic of China, and has already led to many practical problems and disputes. Lastly, through policy and amendment recommendations, this article aims to provide assistance to the legislative policy and effectiveness of handling sexual assault cases in the community.
