The reserve service training class supplements the manpower of each squadron's management cadres. After recruiting substitute servicemen for basic training, substitute servicemen from various classes and servicemen willing to attend the training class participate in management cadre training. Each training period lasts for 14-15 days. Those who pass the training will be promoted to squad leader and assigned to assist in various tasks related to substitute service basic training in each squadron. The number of personnel who complete each management cadre training session is recorded.
