The financial holding company and all its subsidiaries shall report to the competent authority within thirty days after the end of each business quarter, and disclose through public announcement, the internet, or the method designated by the competent authority, if the total amount of the transactions subject to the first paragraph of Article 46 of this Act with the same counterparty as referred to in the second paragraph of the same article reaches five percent of the financial holding company's net worth or NT3 billion in each business year.
