The efficiency of peritoneal dialysis (Weekly Kt/V) inspection rate (disease-specific indicator)
The full name is "peritoneal dialysis patient urea nitrogen weekly dialysis efficiency (Weekly Kt/V)", which refers to the efficiency of waste removal in peritoneal dialysis, calculated on a weekly basis. By measuring the change in blood urea nitrogen through blood tests, the value of Kt/V can be calculated. Medical institutions that provide peritoneal dialysis services should maintain a patient's weekly urea nitrogen clearance rate (Kt/V) at 1.7 units or above.
