Current copyright law regulations information
The latest amended version of the Copyright Act was promulgated and implemented by the President on January 22, 2014. Copyright-related regulations include the Regulations for Collective Management Organizations of Copyright, Copyright Dispute Mediation Measures, Compulsory Licensing for Music Works, and Royalties for the Use of Music Works. To enhance understanding of the subsidiary laws and related regulations of the Copyright Act among various sectors, the Intellectual Property Office provides "Current Copyright Law and Regulatory Information" on the government's open data platform for reference and use by the public.
