Current Trademark-related Regulations
The current Trademark Act was promulgated and implemented in the Republic of China on July 1, 2012, to safeguard the interests of consumers, maintain fair market competition, promote the normal development of industrial and commercial enterprises, and specify the trademark rights and patterns. In addition to indicating the origin of goods or services, it can also prove certain qualities, precision, place of origin, and commend the membership functions of the organization.
