Taiwan Water Corporation improves the annual plan for areas without running water
In recent years, affected by climate change, the extreme weather conditions during the dry and rainy seasons have become more severe. Combined with uneven distribution of rainfall in Taiwan and various degrees of pollution in water resources, the development of new water sources has become increasingly difficult. As a result, the supply and demand of water resources are facing numerous challenges. Furthermore, due to population and economic growth, the living standards of the people continue to rise. Those in areas without tap water are increasingly eager to have access to it. Therefore, Taiwan's tap water company, in collaboration with the government, is implementing the "Annual Plan for Improving Areas without Tap Water" to meet the water needs of the people. This dataset provides relevant information on Taiwan's tap water company's annual efforts to improve areas without tap water.
