The Ministry of Economic Affairs' direct investment business includes China Steel Corporation, Taiwan Salt Industrial Corporation, Tang Rong Corporation, Taiwan Shipbuilding Corporation, Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation, and Hwa-Ing Machinery Company. Except for Hwa-Ing Machinery Company, which aims to promote the development of Taiwan's IC semiconductor industry and automotive engine industry by using technology project achievements as the basis for investment, the rest were originally state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. After being transferred to private ownership, they became the Ministry's direct investment enterprises.This table shows the investment income of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' direct investment businesses, including cash dividends and stock dividends.
