This dataset mainly describes the map data of the specific water source area, to provide use for government agencies and private organizations, groups, or academic units commissioned by government agencies to plan. The fields display the regional scope, the spatial data representation is in the form of a surface, and the total number of data entries is 1. 2. The scope of the Taipei Water Source Specific Zone is the first water source water quality and quantity protection zone established by the Urban Planning Law in Taiwan. It is responsible for managing the safety and cleanliness of the water source, water quality, and water quantity in the upstream watershed of the Qingtian Dam in the Xindian River, in order to protect the water source and water quality for the Taipei area from damage and pollution. The specific area covers five areas in New Taipei City, including Xindian, Wulai, Shiding, Pinglin, and Shuangxi, with a watershed area of 717 square kilometers. 3. When opening this file using Google Earth software, some discrepancies may occur when overlaying layers due to the lack of precise orthorectification in the base map images provided by Google.
