To effectively prevent mining accidents, safeguard the safety of mines, actively promote supervision and inspection of mine safety, supervise safety measures in open-pit mines, underground mines, and oil and natural gas mines to prevent unsafe rock and ore collapses, and hazards from the use of mechanical, transport, and power equipment, while also strengthening supervision of safety training in mines and inspecting mine workers to ensure they wear necessary safety equipment during operations. In accordance with Article 46 of the Mine Safety Law, the "Regulations for the Implementation of the Mine Safety Law" are established.
