Report on Review and Analysis of People's Petition Cases at the Northern District National Taxation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance
To understand the satisfaction of petitioners with the services of this department, as well as the types and reasons of petitions, the department has organized and summarized the petitions it has handled and analyzed and compiled this report based on the satisfaction survey results to fully understand the effectiveness of public opinion communication, effectively control cases, research and propose improvement suggestions for reference and use by various units, as a direction for business improvement, in order to provide better and more efficient services to the public in the future.
