This implementation plan is in line with the Executive Yuan's promotion of government service innovation and improvement program and is formulated to continuously enhance the quality of service provided by this agency to the people.2. By setting plan objectives, assigning executing units, listing execution strategies, and specific methods, we aim to realize the agency's service vision of "good service, high efficiency, and superior quality".3. The agency's 2016 service quality enhancement plan is provided starting from the year 2016; the executing units are the relevant departments and branches as well as tax offices of this agency.
