The Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has opened the "APICTA Awards list of winners in our country" dataset for public use. The Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA Awards) is the most prestigious and influential information and communication technology competition in the Asia-Pacific region. It includes 20 member economies such as Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Macau, Malaysia, Brunei, mainland China, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. Since 2001, 15 competitions have been held, attracting nearly a hundred international judges, 200 competition teams, and over 600 international participants every year. It provides the best platform for business negotiations in the Asia-Pacific region, allowing participating companies to enhance the international visibility of Taiwanese information and communication products, and winning companies to have a better chance of securing orders in the Southeast Asian market. Taiwan has participated in the competition since 2013 and has achieved outstanding results every year, establishing a reputation for the Taiwanese information and communication technology industry. In line with the government's efforts to promote open data, the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has opened the download of the APICTA Awards list of winners in our country dataset, in the hope that other domestic companies intending to enter the Southeast Asian market can find partners for cooperation.
