The Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has opened the "Taiwan Industrial Land Supply and Lease Information" dataset for public use. The "Taiwan Industrial Land Supply and Demand Service Network" mainly provides information on industrial zones nationwide, including industrial parks completed by the Industrial Development Bureau, industrial zones developed by central ministries (such as science parks, biotechnology parks, agricultural biotechnology parks, environmental protection parks, and processing export zones), as well as industrial zones developed by local governments and the private sector. The purpose is to establish a database of industrial land information, design a multi-functional information platform, actively promote it to enterprises, and provide high-quality, convenient, and innovative industrial land supply information services. In order to provide the public and relevant authorities with access to the compilation of industrial zone lease and sale information, the Industrial Development Bureau has established the "Taiwan Industrial Land Supply and Lease Information" dataset, providing relevant information for downloading and use by the public. However, since the lease and sale data mainly comes from various suppliers (including industrial zone management agencies, intermediaries, and individuals) who actively update property information, the update rate on the platform is frequent. Therefore, this dataset is for reference only (with fixed annual updates). If real-time information is needed, the public is welcome to directly query the lease and sale inquiry system. In line with the government's measures to open up data, the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is now opening up the compilation of lease and sale data for industrial zones, mainly providing for download, and welcoming all sectors to make good use of it.
