The sugar business department of Taiwan Sugar Corporation currently includes the Xiaogang Refinery for refining imported raw sugar and the Huwei Sugar Refinery and Shan Hua Sugar Refinery for pressing raw sugarcane. The Huwei Sugar Refinery oversees the Huwei Raw Material Division (including Dali, Douliu, Dongshi, Taixi, and Xihu raw material areas, as well as Huwei, Dayou, Ma'guang, Longyan, Mayuan, and Gouzibao farms) and the Xihu Raw Material Division (including Dapai Sand, Wanhing, Yong'an, and Erlin farms) and the Beigang Raw Material Division (including Beigang, Gangmei, Shuilin, Xingang raw material areas, as well as Fanzai Gou, Xialiao, and Dahua farms), totaling approximately 5,966 hectares of suitable sugarcane cultivation area. The raw sugarcane production is approximately 297,000 tons (including own and leased land). The Shan Hua Sugar Refinery oversees the Coastal Raw Material Division (including Donghouliu, Xinzhuang, Machou, Liuying, and other farms) and the Shan Hua Raw Material Division (including Zengwen, Kanshi, Jiali, Sangu, and other farms, as well as Shan Hua, Shanshang, He'an, Rende, Dahua, and Nanjing raw material areas), and six farms in Nanjing Raw Material Division (Nanjing Farm, Lucao Farm, Baigecuo Farm, Shuan Farm, Xingang Farm, Taibao Farm), totaling approximately 5,866 hectares of suitable sugarcane cultivation area. The raw sugarcane production is approximately 269,000 tons (including own and leased land).
