Patent Assignment Records
In accordance with Article 84 of the Patent Law, the approval, modification, extension, expansion, transfer, trust, authorization, compulsory licensing, revocation, extinguishment, establishment of security interests, and other matters to be announced related to the patent right shall be announced in the Patent Gazette. This dataset contains information on the assignor and assignee of the patents for inventions, utility models, or designs that have been announced, including application numbers, assignor information, and assignee information.
