The Ministry of Finance, Taipei National Tax Bureau conducts a public service survey report.
In order to understand the public's perception and satisfaction with the service quality of the Taipei National Taxation Bureau, and to use it as a reference for formulating relevant policies, we conduct a public service opinion survey every year. The survey targets the public of the Taipei National Taxation Bureau, its branches, and tax offices, and the data is collected through anonymous written questionnaires for statistical analysis and report generation.
