To respond to the poaching of enterprise talents and strengthen the recruitment and retention of global talents, the National Development Council completed and submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval the implementation of the "Global Talent Recruitment Program" in September 2015. The information includes the background, objectives, specific measures, interdepartmental division of labor, quarterly highlights, budget, expected benefits, implementation schedule and management assessment, and appendices.
