The national statistics on the land clearing of national sacrificial public undertakings and the statistics up to June 30, 2023 are as follows:1. The statistics are based on the data filled by the Civil Affairs Bureaus of each municipality and the governments of each county (city) every six months.2. The number of public notices includes those completed before the announcement (land cleared by relevant laws before the implementation of the Regulations on National Sacrificial Public Infrastructure and still registered in the name of national sacrificial public undertakings after the implementation of the Regulations) and those not completed before the announcement.3. "Completed application" refers to national sacrificial public undertakings that have been reported and issued certificates by the competent authority before the date of the statistics, including those reported before and after the implementation of the Regulations and verified certificates have been issued.4. "Not completed application" includes those reported but certificates have not been issued and those not reported.5. The total clearing number includes five types of clearing patterns that have been issued certificates and the land and buildings have been processed, and two types of clearing patterns that have not been issued certificates and the land and buildings have been processed.6. "Other" refers to situations other than the above four clearing patterns, such as dissolution and disposal of all real estate.
