To highlight and thank foreign religious clergy for their long-term selfless dedication of their youth to Taiwan and for their compassionate care for the Taiwanese people, the Ministry of the Interior has publicly acknowledged and honored them in 1997, 2007, and 2015, hoping to promote the path and dedication of foreign religious workers in Taiwan, invoke a sense of gratitude in society, and encourage religious groups to continue to carry out charitable and social educational activities through mutual exchange and experience sharing among religious organizations.This register contains information on the award recipients such as the year of commendation, Chinese and foreign name, gender, nationality, title, and duration of service in Taiwan.
