If it is less than one time period, it will be charged for one time period. The usage fee will be charged according to the table, but if the application unit uses the venue for rehearsal (including setting up and rehearsal), and it is confirmed by the management unit of the company, the venue rental fee for that time period will be charged at a 40% discount.2. The application unit should end the use of the venue on time. For each venue, for every 30 minutes over time, a charge of 1 time will be incurred. The charge for each overtime at Kuang Kwong Conference Hall is 4,000 yuan, and for other venues is 2,000 yuan. The company may deduct the overdue fee from the security deposit or require the unit to pay in cash. However, when there is another program scheduled for the next session, the application unit must not exceed the time to avoid interfering with the progress of the next session.3. When the application unit rents the venue, the company will charge a security deposit according to the above table. For each application, only one session is charged. In the case of the application unit renting several different venues at the same time, the security deposit will be charged based on the highest amount among the venues.4. When the application unit rents the Kuang Kwong Conference Hall, it should pay a cleaning fee of 3,500 yuan for each application, regardless of the sessions. Only one fee will be charged per day. For renting other venues, the company does not charge a cleaning fee. The application unit should hire workers to clean and restore the venue after use.5. When the application unit rents the Kuang Kwong Conference Hall and needs to use the VIP room on the 2nd floor, a management fee of 2,000 yuan will be charged for each time period.6. When the application unit rents the venue at the Kuang Kwong Conference Hall, the company may provide free of charge 4 long tables (including tablecloths), 8 foldable chairs, 10 free parking cards, 2 wireless microphones, 1 lectern, 2 poster frames, and a curtain system as needed.7. When the application unit holds an event and needs additional computer lights or other lighting fixtures, an additional fee of 10,000 yuan will be charged for the use of the stage lighting equipment at the Kuang Kwong Conference Hall.8. Kuang Kwong Conference Hall does not control the additional stage lighting and sound effects for the clients. The application unit should hire a lighting and sound effect control specialist on-site.9. This table shall take effect after being approved by the head of the management department of the company, and will also be effective when revised.
