The Southern Region Water Resources Office of the Water Resources Agency provides real-time water situation data for the Tsengwen Reservoir, including reservoir water level, effective storage capacity, hourly rainfall, accumulated rainfall for the day, and observation time. Water level data is collected at appropriate locations in the reservoir using water level gauges and transmitted back to the management unit's database on the hour. The effective storage capacity data is obtained based on the reservoir's sediment measurement results. Hourly rainfall data is collected at multiple locations in the reservoir's catchment area using rain gauges and transmitted back to the management unit's database. The catchment area's (average) hourly rainfall data is calculated after weighting. Water level and rainfall stations are updated hourly. As real-time data is the original data of monitoring instruments, some data has not been checked. Users should exercise caution when referencing and using the data.
