Taxpayers in the jurisdiction who lodge appeals against tax penalties are the statistical subjects. Data generated by the administrative relief case management system of local tax bureaus are compiled for public understanding of the cases handled, decisions made by the Ministry of Finance or administrative courts, with the statistical period set from January 1 to the end of December of the previous year.
