According to the conclusions of the environmental impact assessment review, the Executive Yuan's approved plan, the decision of the Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee of this department, or the attached resolution, a midterm storage plan for the used nuclear fuel of Nuclear Power Plant Units 1 and 2, Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4, Southern Taiwan Science Park Shugu, Formosa Plastics Group Mailiao Petrochemical Complex, Industrial Technology Research Institute Hsinchu, and Formosa Petrochemical Corporation Sixth Naphtha Cracking Plant shall be established.
