Conscription medical examination and statistics of written review for physical and mental disability and major injuries or illnesses for draftees.
Before the county and city governments conduct conscription examinations, they compare the physical and mental disability information of men of conscription age with the social welfare units, or the men can provide valid proof of physical and mental disability or major illness within the validity period. Those who meet the regulations of "the standards for distinguishing between physical and mental disabilities or major illnesses from body classifications and comparison tables for exempted conscription" may be directly exempted from conscription examinations by the conscription examination committee, without further conscription physical examinations, simplifying the process and serving the people.
