Numerator: Sum of the quantities of self-payment differences for various functional category special materials declared by regional hospitals; Denominator: Sum of the quantities of full NHI payment for special materials used for the same function declared by regional hospitals sum of the quantities of self-payment differences for various functional category special materials declared by regional hospitals.
