This dataset mainly includes contract documents, effectiveness, performance targets and locations, payment of contract price, adjustment of contract price, payment conditions of contract price, taxation, performance period, materials, tools and equipment, construction management, supervision operations, engineering quality control, disaster management, insurance, guarantee, acceptance, operation and maintenance data and training, warranty, delayed performance, rights and responsibilities, contract changes and assignment, termination, dispute resolution, and others. This dataset is based on the engineering contract template provided by the Public Construction Commission of the Executive Yuan, and collected and revised the difficulties encountered in the practical aspects of water conservancy projects executed by relevant agencies. It is hoped to serve as a reference example for the execution of water conservancy project contracts by our department and its affiliated agencies. For matters not mentioned in this water conservancy project contract template, relevant laws and regulations such as the Government Procurement Law and Civil Law shall apply.
