Improve the talent retention environment plan in our country
In order to understand and solve the difficulties encountered by foreign nationals coming to Taiwan, the National Development Council reported to the Executive Yuan in October 2016 to implement the "Enhancing Taiwan's Environment for Retaining Talents" plan, including its origins, objectives, specific measures, division of responsibilities among government agencies, expected benefits, implementation schedule and monitoring, and appendices.
