The approved budget for the current and subsequent years will be reported in the first quarter of the following year or later.2. Subsidies for "social groups, people's groups, foundations, county and city governments, and individuals" should be included (including three festival consolation money, interest subsidies, etc., but not including subsidies between government agencies or subsidies for special funds).3. The approval date is the principle for filling in the form. If there is no approval date (such as three festival consolation money), the disbursement date should be used for filling in the form.
