The Factory Management Consulting Act was amended and promulgated on January 22, 2014. According to Article 34 of the Act, pre-existing unregistered factories with low pollution before March 14, 2008, which comply with environmental protection, fire protection, water conservancy, and soil and water conservation laws, may pay registration fees to the local competent authorities before June 2, 2015 to apply for temporary factory registration, without being subject to the restrictions of Article 15, Paragraphs 2 and 3. Factories that have obtained temporary registration should obtain proof of the legal use of land and buildings by June 2, 2020. If not obtained by the deadline, the proof of temporary factory registration becomes invalid the day after the deadline, and the local competent authority shall impose penalties in accordance with Article 30.In order to cooperate with the government's measures to open up data for public reference, our office will now provide downloads of the list of temporary factories in production (updated quarterly), which contains factory names, factory registration numbers, factory addresses, names of factory principals, company (profit-making business) unified registration numbers, dates of factory registration approval, industry categories, and main products.
