The division of the planting area of Beinan Creek
According to the latest revised announcement of the river area planting regulations, the River Bureau completed the classification and setting of planting areas in the Pinan Creek water system in 105 years. The planting area of the river area is divided into five grades. This data represents the various areas of the five grades in map form. People can first read and understand which area their land is in and its classification, and can know the plants that can be planted according to the law. Currently, most of the planting areas in the Pinan Creek water system are classified as level four or five. In addition, according to Article 37, paragraph 4 of the River Management Regulations, the planting of "other areas that are forbidden to be planted by the river management agency for the sake of ensuring river safety, or for environmental creation and ecological conservation work" is prohibited. Considering that the upper reaches of the Luoye River segment are mountainous river sections, with flow speeds between 4.1 (meters/second) and 18.29 (meters/second), and the river width is less than 300 meters, to maintain the river's ecological environment and avoid human interference, it was announced in March 106 that the section of the Luoye River from the old Luming Bridge to the Qingshui Bridge is a prohibited planting area.
