"The water pipe installation contractor" refers to a company or business that undertakes the construction of water supply, water distribution, and water use equipment for domestic water users, and must apply for a "business license" from the competent authority at the place of business before being allowed to operate. It is divided into three classes: Class A, Class B, and Class C. Class A has a capital of over NT1 million, employs at least one full-time technician and at least three full-time technicians, and is allowed to undertake the various projects listed in Article 2. Class B has a capital of over NT500,000, employs at least two full-time technicians, and is allowed to undertake water use equipment projects of up to NT1 million. Class C has a capital of over NT500,000, employs at least one full-time technician, and is allowed to undertake water use equipment projects of up to NT500,000. Different qualifications, project scopes, and required number of employees apply. This dataset mainly includes data such as "the first year of the business license, the year of cancellation of the business license, the county/city name, the township name, the level of the installation contractor, the status of the installation contractor, and the quantity."
