If the disability "handbook" or "certificate" does not belong to the category and level of disability with no work ability as stipulated in the National Pension Insurance Disability (Basic Guarantee) Disability Category and Level Table, it must be evaluated by the municipal or county (city) government designated medical institution for work ability assessment.
