The introduction covers the content of the labor retirement pension personal account, which is based on the national ID number, name, and date of birth of the laborer as the account number, recording the retirement pension contributed by the employer for each work period, the retirement pension voluntarily contributed by the laborer, and the annual distribution of income. For personal data protection, individuals other than the account holder are not allowed to inquire. The Labor Insurance Bureau currently provides various inquiry channels such as online inquiry via mobile phones/tablets/computers, labor protection cards, postal financial cards, and counter inquiries, facilitating workers to check whether employers have contributed to the labor retirement pension and the amount in the individual retirement pension account, and safeguarding their retirement rights.
