(1) The land grade table for this house will be implemented from July 1, 2019. (2) This county's houses are classified according to the land grade table and its appendix based on the numbered doorplates. (3) Grades 1 to 7 indicate an increase rate, Grade 8 remains unchanged, and Grades 9 to 10 indicate a decreasing rate. (4) Houses located within one kilometer from the coast (with reference to the coastal road) and sparsely populated houses built in mountainous areas are classified as Grade 9. (5) Houses located within two hundred meters from the coast and houses adjacent to ravines in mountainous areas are classified as Grade 10. (6) Grades 9 and 10 are based on "neighborhood" as the unit for assessment, meaning that houses within the same neighborhood should be assessed with the same land grade. (7) For newly added streets not listed in the "land grade table," the increase or decrease rate of intersecting or parallel streets should be considered, taking into account commercial prosperity, transportation, and other factors. (8) Except for specific regulations in the grade table, houses within alleys are reduced by one grade according to the land grade table, with a minimum increase or decrease rate of 100% after the reduction; houses with an increase or decrease rate below 90% are not reduced in grade. (9) The grades for each area are specified in the appendix.
