The survey covers the Taiwan area, including households and shared business households where individuals over the age of 15 engage in economic activities, excluding armed labor and regulated individuals. The survey is conducted once a month based on a standard week that includes the 15th day, and includes non-working individuals over the age of 15 who are not part of the labor force for reasons such as education, household chores, old age, disabilities, readiness to work but not actively seeking employment, and other reasons.
