Reasons for Non-participation in Labor Force in Human Resources Survey

The survey covers the area of Taiwan and includes individuals aged 15 and above living in regular households and collective households in this area who are freely engaged in economic activities, excluding armed labor and regulated populations. The survey is conducted once a month, based on the week containing the 15th day of each month (Sunday to Saturday), capturing events occurring during that week.
