The import of shelled peanuts, peanut flour, fine granules, and peanut oil should be converted into unshelled peanuts to calculate the cumulative import quantity, and the proportion of the above-mentioned products converted into unshelled peanuts shall be handled according to the conversion ratio prescribed in Appendix 3 to Chapter 98 of the Customs Import Tariff.
