The Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission promotes our traditional culture, enhances Taiwan's international visibility, and strengthens overseas compatriots' understanding of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In response to the needs of overseas compatriot communities, it has been organizing "Overseas Cultural Education Tours" since 1988, sending outstanding cultural volunteer teachers to teach various traditional folk arts and provide teaching materials. Through these activities, traditional folk culture and arts are promoted overseas, conveying government concern through teaching. This dataset includes information on years, overseas residences, types of courses taught, number of participants, and number of dispatched teachers.
