To integrate government resources, the Ministry of Transportation's "Transportation Network Digital Map" will be incorporated into the "Taiwan General Electronic Map" updated from 2017. According to the jointly established layer structure, the "Taiwan Transportation Network Digital Data File" is created and classified as one of the theme layers of the Taiwan General Electronic Map. In addition, to comply with the government's Open Data policy, the center provides partial map data of the "Taiwan Transportation Network Digital Map Data File" for public browsing, promoting inter-agency data flow, improving governance efficiency, meeting public needs, and creating knowledge assets and convenient services through the use of government open data.
