This data is formulated in accordance with Article 24 of the Land Price Survey and Estimation Rules.2. When using this data, it is possible to determine the unit price within the range listed in this table based on the building's construction materials and equipment. However, for buildings with special characteristics such as floor height, number of floors, materials, use, design, and building equipment, the appraisers may specify the reasons for adjustments in the transaction case investigation form and make adjustments accordingly.3. When the age of the building exceeds its durable years, the durable years may be extended based on its maintenance and renovation.4. The unit prices in this data are based on December 2010 of the Republic of China as the base period. The appraisers may adjust the construction engineering category of the construction price index for the Taiwan area published by the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics. The competent authority may also amend the announcement when the price index significantly rises or falls.
