Note
Based on the "Taoyuan City Government Engineering Construction Inspection and Grading Control Points" issued by the Municipal Government on July 15, 2015, this document is designed to improve the quality of public construction projects and ensure that they meet design and quality requirements. The document classifies inspections into three categories: red, yellow, and green lights based on various criteria such as construction quality management, material and equipment inspection and control, and construction safety and health. Violations and their consequences are also specified, and the results of the grading are to be publicly announced. Violations will be subject to further review and may result in mandatory training or disciplinary actions. If an entity has a positive record in complying with the control points, it may be eligible for rewards.
