Provide the sales of electricity to non-business users in Taipei City. This data is calculated by first summing the sales of electricity for transformers belonging to non-business users, then using the latitude and longitude of each transformer to obtain the first-level release area code of the Ministry of the Interior Statistics via the API of sheethub.com, and then summing the sales of electricity for the corresponding first-level release area.
