The classification of goods and services specified for trademark use in our country adopts the principles of the international "Nice" classification of goods and services by the World Intellectual Property Organization. The overall review and update of the international classification of goods and services under the Nice Agreement is conducted once every 5 years. Starting from 2013, a minor adjustment is made to that version every year. Our office has been following the latest revised version of the Nice classification since January 1, 2002.
